Kathy Svanascini
Kathy Svanascini has over 28 years of experience in private practice representing and advising clients in the areas of contracts, real estate, estate planning, and business matters.
As a highly experienced transactional attorney, her practice focuses on:
- Drafting, reviewing, and providing legal analysis of contracts (residential and commercial real estate)
- Assisting clients in forming business entities
- Providing guidance and drafting estate plans, including trusts, wills, powers of attorneys and transfer on death instruments.
Kathy earned her law degree from DePaul University School of Law, where she was a member of the Business Law Review. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePaul University.
Kathy is active in her community. She is a board member of “The Center,” a non-profit organization that offers early intervention and education for children, provides a path forward for adults struggling with addiction, and integrates art and other educational programs into the school, adult programs and community. She also serves as Vice President of the Rotary Club of Orland Park, IL.
Kathy has two sons, and a grandson.
She is a member of the Illinois and Michigan bar.
